WIN’s looking for a coordinator to lead us in our first year of full operation. It’s a part-time post (up to 3 days a week) paid at FTE £15,500 per annum. It will be a one year contract, with the potential to renew subject to funding and a satisfactory project outcome.

We have already begun operation as an entirely volunteer run service, so we have some policies and procedures in place. Board members have management, marketing and administrative experience, so the successful candidate will enjoy a measure of support from the outset.

Inverness, Aviemore, Dingwall all have car schemes, so this is a great opportunity to introduce the benefits of such a service to Nairn.
